The staff was friendly and helpful! The property was always clean and fresh smelling! We had a good stay!

There was poop on the bathroom wall; front desk person did come clean it off. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed all the way. The furniture and carpet were badly stained. No coffee in the room. Housekeeping didn’t make my bed or empty the wastebaskets. The bed was so tall I had difficulty getting into it. Breakfast was good.

I paid for a deluxe room which I guess means you get a full room view of the pool area and nothing more. The pool area is enormous and fancy af, but the room itself was pretty run down and dilapidated. Bathtub plastic/vinyl floor was cracked and peeling up and looked dirty. Beds were not very comfortable. The AC controls made practically no difference. The carpets were pretty dingy. And the worst part, the entire night people were running up and down the hallways yelling, and I could hear the people in the room next to ours watching tv the walls were so thin. The staff at the front desk were very nice however. They were polite and respectful and were quick to get me my room and explain where it was located. Check out was a breeze as well, I didn’t stay for the included breakfast just due to the fact I wanted to get out of that hotel asap lmao

This is my 4 th visit and I love the historical nature of the property and then how modern and clean the rooms are.
