I’m not sure how this hotel has 4 stars. It is in bad need of repairs and maintenance, from the escalators and elevators to the pool paint peeling up from the bottom. Our water pressure in the bathroom was so low I had to go wash my hair at a friends room in the Hilton next door. Fluorescent lighting in the rooms, no cleaning staff.. this was rough. We couldn’t even go to the hotel bar because the escalator makes such a loud screeching sound every 5 seconds or so that echos throughout the entire lobby floor. My friend found a bloody bandaid in their room and another friend found a long black hair in their shower (she has blonde hair). Fingerprint marks on all light switches and touch points- I think this hotel probably (hopefully) cleans the sheets and that’s it in regard to room turnover. I travel for a living and have never seen a Hyatt regency in this bad of shape. Stay elsewhere.

Kind amd helpful staff. It appears that many of the rooms are actually rented as long-term apartments so does not seem to operate fully as a hotel. Older hotel that could be renovated and maintained into something special but not there yet.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this house! Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—peacefully tucked near the mountains while still being just 5 minutes from town, making it easy to enjoy both nature and local shops and restaurants.

One of the most beautiful properties I have every visited. Wide hallways, high ceilings, beautiful art, and a cheerful staff. Highly recommended.

The staff are always pleasant. The breakfast area is very clean with a nice variety of choices. The coffee is very good. Our room is clean & everything was in working order. Beds are very high so if you are tiny they do provide step stools.
