Room was outdated and small

Staff was wonderful! Requested an early check in, figured that would be 3pm versus 4 pm and they advised a room was available at 11:00 am. Needed to extend my stay and they were fluid with that as well. Will stay here again. Thank you!

The room was clean and the beds very nicely made. We estimated the bathroom, including shower, toilet & vanity to be about 4' x 8'. It was a very tight fit. There were no hook for hanging anything so we used the end of the curtain rods and what not. Our specific shower had a tile ledge/wall in it. The tile job leaned the wrong direction so the ledge filled with water from the leaking showerhead. Don't get me wrong, we would probably stay there again BUT I would bring command hooks or a drying rack for outside the room. Water got hot. Shower pressure was good. Again, it was very clean so no worries there.

Our room didn’t have enough lighting. One area stayed dark and we couldn’t figure out why? The room otherwise was very nice and it wasn’t enough of a problem to reach out to management.

Blossom hotel is well lit and easy to see as you're traveling into Traverse City through a lot of traffic. Several great restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The beds are super comfortable and the staff was very knowledgeable and able to give us advice about great places for tours to go to. I highly recommend this hotel!
