The bathroom sink cold side leaked terribly and because we left early and no one was at the desk.

Beautiful property, clean rooms, quiet area, and great breakfast.

The esthetic of the buildings and grounds are very pleasing at first glance. In reality it appears to be an old econo lodge type motel remodeled with mcm details, but the musty smell remains in the room. The shower curtain liner was stained. The staff was very nice and the restaurant gets very busy for dinner with both guests and locals. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the menu was well planned. The property is not on the beach. There is a nature preserve across the street, about a 30 minute walk to get to the beach. There was no car access to the nature preserve during road work.

We were very disappointed that the room given was on the fourth floor in a room with different heights of wall due to doormeers and just about knocked myself out trying to plug in my cell phone into a wall socket. Room felt cramped with a King size bed, not what i expected for a room costing over $400 for our anniversary stay.
