Some rooms do not have a/c. They said we would have a portable a/c in the room to help with the heat. We did not have one, we talked to the front desk and kept getting the run around. Finally on the last day we were there the manager moved us to a new room with a/c.

I stay in this hotel for the third time, and while other times I appreciated the cleaning standards this time it was not the case. I found two hairs on the bathtub and in addition there was no hot water first and after they tried to fix it there was no cold water. Furthermore, the front desk person did not seem to care about the issues.

Excellent location, comfortable and spacious rooms and exceptional customer service. They made us feel very comfortable and welcomed.
