Benzonia Vacation Packages

First of all, we arrived after 4 and they would’ve let us check in. They said they’d call in when our too was ready. We couldn’t check in until after 5. That sucked after a long drive and had to wait, We didn’t know there was a newer section called the tower that we weren’t staying in. We were in the older side. No housekeeping so people left ALOT of food and garbage in the hallways for days so that was gross. The mattresses were worn uneven and the bathrooms were tiny and dirty. Oh and the restaurant (Minerva’s) in the hotel had terrible service . I waited 20 minutes at the bar for a slice of cake when there were only 2 other people in the whole restaurant. Good location but wouldn’t stay again.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, furniture was old, water pressure in shower was very weak and toggled back & forth between hot & cold. Restaurant and coffee shop were quite expensive and coffee shop did not take cash.

This is our second year at Baywatch. It was a lot busier than our usual first week in November stay, but otherwise good!

Great clean place and can walk downtown to eat

We enjoyed our few nights stay at Grand Beach Resort Hotel. Our room, and the rest of the hotel was clean. The breakfast room delivery was a nice touch, and very prompt. The staff was courteous, and helpful.
