Staff members came in high, the property was sketchy and felt unsafe. The door to my room didn't fully close and the bathroom shower head was rusted.

Nice place

My stay at the Baymont by Wyndham in Bay City, Michigan, was absolutely terrible. The room was in very poor condition, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The jacuzzi in our room had a broken drain plug, meaning you could spend all that time filling it up only for the water to start draining if you accidentally moved the plug while sitting in it. There was also a large opening at the bottom of the jacuzzi where the paneling was missing, making it look damaged, poorly maintained, and unkept. The bed was extremely noisy, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. On top of that, there was a couple fighting right outside our room near the private exterior exit. With our sliding glass door open, we could hear the entire argument, which was ridiculous and made the experience even more unpleasant. The hotel and surrounding area both appeared run-down, and the overall condition of the property left a lot to be desired. For what I was charged, I expected a much better experience and a room that was properly maintained. Instead, I felt completely overcharged for what turned out to be a terrible stay.

Nice place and felt safe. Ice machine was getting repaired on second floor but plenty on the first floor. Staff was very helpful. Recommend.
