Black Creek Vacation Packages

Our reservation was cancelled by the hotel 2 days before the stay. We didn’t know this brand at all, so didn’t have a reference for the price. Hotel didn’t return message on the app and it took 3 phone calls to finally reach a manager to get things cleared up. Even then it rang for 5 minutes and they acted like it was our fault and we were bothering them. Won’t look at this brand again.

I expected more for the price. Breakfast was today and waffles. Not much else. Nobody ever at fest had to ring phone for them to come. Very small bathroom.

The place looks and feels old. The curtains had been replaced with blinds but they never finished patching and painting. There was a bunch of stuff in the sink that could not be cleaned. Got in the shower, turned it on, got wet only to find the body wash, shampoo and conditioner were all empty. Makes me wonder how well the rest of the room was cleaned. I will definitely not be staying there again and would advise against anyone staying there.

The casino was downstairs n the food is delicious so many options I will b back

We had a great stay with our small kids. Room was clean and very spacious. Staff was amazing , check in was very easy and friendly. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Pool was nice.

Need more of a selection for breakfast.
