The location was near the bus station and Greyhound drop off site. The city is very walkable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hallway outside many rooms were dirty from the cleaning carts, needed to be vacuumed.

Very friendly staff who checked me in. Helped with where to park since we are towing a u-haul. There is driveway around property, very helpful if travelung with trailer. Clean rooms. Very accessible to interstate highway. Only downsides were: i can hear other guests from the hallway, and room is smaller compared to other hotels. Otherwise, good stay and will book again.

Great location, lots of restaurants close by, safe neighborhood For walking around, plus great steakhouse and rooftop in house. Rooms were recently renovated and look amazing as well

Canandaigua Guesthouse is a wonderful historic B&B that makes your stay so comfortable. I had great sleep on the king sized bed in the Leopard room which is spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious every day with homemade cherry scones, fresh fruit, and an authentic Spanish torta. The hosts Valerie and Jason are welcoming and very knowledgeable of things to do: wineries, ice cream (Spotted Duck), dinner (Pintxo)! Highly recommend and I will be returning.
