Beds were very clean & comfortable. The cleaning staff were very helpful, but the desk staff were not very knowledgeable. The overall hotel looked as if it was under renovation & wasn't as clean as I had expected. Only 1 elevator was operating during our 4 night stay. Ice machine on our floor was out of order the entire stay.

We arrived just after midnight, after a very long day of driving. When we got into our rooms, one member of our group took a shower and when she took a hand towel off the rack, it was covered in excrement. We then realized it was also on the floor and there was something on the wall. The staff member at the front desk came up to bring fresh towels, after expressing that there was nothing he could do until a manager came in the morning. In the morning we came down to the desk to see the manager, who was called by the desk agent. He/She (the name of this manager is Don/Dawn) told the agent that they would get in touch with us because they were unable to deal with this issue now. That was two days ago, no one has called to discuss the absolutely disgusting experience that we had. Horrendous customer service, vile and unsanitary conditions.

Avoid the upper floors, took 10 to 15 minutes for water to warm up for a shower!! Other than that flawless trip!!
