The staff were friendly and helpful. The first front desk staff didn’t get my room key activated so I had to go back down and get it activated. The walls were thin so we could hear EVERYTHING from the neighboring rooms unless the very loud AC was on. The breakfast was nice and checkout was easy.

This hotel is safe for exhibitors who are showing horses at the expo; means a lot when you are traveling solo.

Beautiful, centrally-located hotel with an impeccable historical charm. The staff members were highly accommodating and valet team members were very timely, The room itself was spacious, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the water pressure was immense, What more could you ask for?
