This is very much like a quaint bed and breakfast rather than a hotel. My room was in a very old house modified to accommodate paid guests. Now, if that appeals to you, this is a great option. Unfortunately, it did not appeal to me, and the fault was mine--not the people who own and run this establishment. I should have done a much better job investigating before booking this property. I have nothing but good things to say about the hostess and other employees... I messed up, not them.

what a beautiful and special place! Theres a fantastic pool for kids/family overlooking the beautiful lake. I wish we were able to stay longer. It was really one of the most beautiful places I have stayed. The Cabin lodging, the rooms, the bathrooms, everything was just great! Check out is at 10am, I wish it was maybe till noon for what you pay for but I understand because the cabins need to be cleaned. It was great!

Front desk was very efficient, Bar staff friendly and welcoming. Room was adequately clean but when we arrived, the bathroom had a strong smell of urine, so we went to Market32 to get air fresheners and Clorox wipes. It was close to everything and Mass Pike so that was a plus.

The room was very cute and cozy all Adirondack themed. Accessing the room was easy didn’t have much contact with staff only time I had contact with the staff. Was when I called to find out when I would be getting my codes to access the room.

Room was clean and staff was helpful when asked for things like toilet paper and towels. Out of their control but the whole village lost power Friday 7/3 from about 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. They don’t open their pool until 10:00 am I would have thought with the no power and heat they would have opened sooner. Only other thing is if you are on the ground floor you can definitely hear everything above you.

Nothing like the pictures. No staffs to receive you, you have to call a phone number. The place is old and outdated.
