Property was well maintained and the staff was top notch. My third stay here. Only thing they could improve on is the toilet paper, it is like sand paper, would think a property like this could do a little better.

Very helpful staff, a great stay that was clean and quiet. I will say the breakfast was lacking…if you like eating waffles every morning. They didn’t restock the items throughout the morning when we got there. Was hoping for more options. Would have appreciated more fruit options. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

I am very upset because I keep getting charged for a room I booked through Expedia. I was charged $345.15 for two nights through Expedia and when I went to the Fairfield inn they said I did not pay and so I had to pay $246.65. When I realized that I already paid I showed them my receipt and they gave me a hard time with refunding. They also ended up giving me a room that was cheaper than what I paid for initially because my room was not ready at check-in time. Then I finally got the refund second day but after I checked out I was randomly charged again $286.65 and had to call to get another refund. They took a day to get that through. Now it’s been a whole week after staying there, I got charged AGAIN $246.65 and when I called the manager wasn’t even there. There should always be a manager on the weekends. They said I have to call back Monday for a refund which is so frustrating because what if I get charged again in the future? I will never be staying here again and will be reaching out to my bank to remove my info from Fairfield inn’s system.

Very clean and nice stuff, compare to other same class of hotels in the area
