This was a clean and convenient motel, with a spacious room and easy parking.

The units are small renovated apartments. They are clean and nice decorations. However there was no toilet paper and when I texted the number I had used to get our keyless entry info I received no response. There was shower gel in the corner of the bathroom but no shampoo. Not was there a top sheet in the bed only a comforter. It did serve our needs for the 2 nights we were there.

All in all a great place to stay

A little gem tucked down the road (119) from Harbor Springs. We loved the casual atmosphere of the hotel and the restaurant was to die for. Food and service was excellent, menu choices were changed daily as we ate there the two nights we stayed at the Otis. Try the breakfast burrito for breakfast. Cheers to the staff…

This property looks nothing like the picture they post. Property was not built maintained. The memory foam betting and she said we’re not comfortable at all. We could not have been more disappointed and surprised that Hotels.com even include accommodations.

The host was very good and very helpful! And works very hard! The proximity of the venue to town was great! The venue it self needs some updating, updates far beyond what the host can do!
