The restaurant was very expensive and very limited in meal selection. There were not any vegetarian options on the dinner menu, which had only 3 entrees: lamb meatballs, squid and halibut. All doors are exterior with close parking limited. The room was nice. Snacks in the room were very expensive, and there isn’t any room service. Don’t plan on watching television. Most rooms don’t have a TV and streaming services are also limited. There isn’t a phone in the room, so be sure to take your cell phone. We had the most expensive room, which had a great shower and comfortable beds. The room was very clean.

My husband and I went to check in and it was after 4:00 check in time was 4:00 our room was not ready yet they said they still hadn't cleaned come back in about an hour they at least gave us the cards to get into our room. We came back in the evening and were able to get into our room the bathroom was very clean there was rust stains in the tub though, the room had a funny smell, the carpet was filthy and I would not take my shoes off and walk barefoot, there was stains on my sheets the Wi-Fi didn't work the TV kept cutting out the walls were like paper we could hear the man next to us snoring all night and the people above a stomping around. The next morning we went to check out there was nobody at the desk they were all outside sitting in lawn chair smoking cigarettes actually when we came back the first night we checked in they were all outside smoking cigarettes but in the morning there were people trying to check out and they were all outside right by the door so you had to walk through all that smoke it was absolutely disgusting. I even made the comment I just took a shower I don't want to smell like smoke and they all just looked at us and none of them went to help at the desk. We left our keys on the counter and will never come back to this hotel and I don't recommend anybody else staying there either.

All over its good experience. Me and my family enjoyed the stay. But hotel management to need to focus on room or lobby freshner more because sometimes its smells bad

This was our first time staying at the Odawa Hotel. Check in was easy, lobby was very nice. Lots of interesting Native American items to see. One of the elevators was broken. Hallways were kind of dark, hotel seemed very dated. Could use a upgrade, Room was very clean. Beds were very soft. Nice toiletries provided. Breakfast was the same items every day. Coffee was very strong! Pool was very big but the water looked cloudy and one day there was a weird smell in the pool area. All in all, nice stay. Close to main roads to explore Petoskey, Boyne Men, Harbor Springs, Tunnel of Trees, etc.
