Front desk staff was helpful and professional

Staff were extremely unhelpful & unfriendly . One counter person with long line of people. Supervisor not helping, hiding in her office, until people started complaining. Took 1 hour & 50 minutes for me to finally get to my room. Staff said could not help with issue because me wife used Expedia instead of reserving directly with them. I will never stay at a Harrah’s again.

The room was not good, paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom, furniture scratched and chiped, smell of weed being smoked when you get off the elevator to walk to your room
