Burt Vacation Packages

Niagara Crossing has a beautiful location - on the banks of the Niagara River and located in the wonderful village of Lewiston, NY. There is nothing overtly wrong or undesirable about the hotel, but it was a bit disappointing. The staff was nice, but lacked the professional polish we expected. Some of them were warm and welcoming and others not so much, but in all fairness the desk staff not only handles check in, but they also replenishes the breakfast bar, vacuum the lobby carpets, etc. Parking was limited (altho there was a public lot down the hill), lobby bar was lovely but we were told it is only open on Fridays, breakfast was ordinary continental, pre-wrapped pastry. Overall the hotel could use a bit of polish and a splash of sophistication.

Loved the house, the owner, and his dog!

All good

Just okay…. We had an issue with a noisy upstairs neighbor at 2am. Staff did a good job resolving it. Generally clean, but hall carpet was worn and faded. Room was generally clean. Limited snack and drinks at the front desk for purchase (e.g., no bottled water). Internet was spotty with a lot of buffering while streaming.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Mansion on Delaware. The room was very comfortable and had modern touches even considering the historic nature of the property. The breakfasts both mornings during our stay were fabulous. We especially enjoyed the bar and complimentary beverages and chatting with Danny. He also gave us some wonderful recommendations both before and during our stay. Katie also went above and beyond! We love the walkable location and proximity to the things we wanted to stay and do! Definitely recommend and hope to be back if we are in Buffalo again soon!
