When we arrived at 8pm was given keys to my room when was wide open and used when we walked in was made to wait while room was somewhat cleaned and was told couldn't be given another room because hotel was fully booked.

Best Western La Grange Inn & Suites
Yes the room was great, the only thing I would have done different on my end was to request a room on the lower floors due to having a little trouble walking some. T he little coffee maker did not have anything to mix your coffee with, but overall a great rest and visit.

Excellent price for the stays. Clean large rooms, with stove, fridge , microwave, coffee machine, large TV etc. Very nice staff. Regular free parking . Very good breakfast (included). Thank you.

It was a huge disappointment to find out at check-in that the pool nor the jacuzzi was heated. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was the whole reason I selected this hotel.

room was clean, staff was friendly and very helpful, A/C unit was a little noisy but was working good, my parking was close to my room, hot water in the kitchen was just dripping with the faucet fully open.
