Not bad for the money, don't expect a Hilton grand.

Gorgeous spaces! Check in was different with no in-person contact, but communication was good and room was easy to access. Elevator was very slow, so we took stairs to the second floor room (all rooms are on the second floor). Beautiful room and bathroom with high-end fixtures. Personal welcome note on the table was a nice touch. Record player and records available was unreal but fun! Breakfast was different from most hotels, but very enjoyable. Bed was SUPER comfortable!

Room wasn't well laid out to be able to unpack, all closet storage was in the kitchenette so drawers were full of utensils. No bathroom sink, you needed to use the kitchen sink, no bedside table for water. The biggest challenge was that there weren't blackout curtains so there was always light streaming in to wake you up. Noted that other amenities like yoga and meals are included but at the price point I expected a much more elevated room experience. Yoga classes were nice and all the meals were great. I would have appreciated some social events at night to have the opportunity to interact with other guests.

Outdated hotel. Pullout couch and rollaway bed had awful mattresses - very thin, feel the bars in your back. We had a suite with a balcony - looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while (cobwebs everywhere) and no cushions for the furniture

Breakfast was poor, food was cold, eggs were bad. Didn't keep things full(coffee, hot foods, muffins, etc. The cost of this room was to high for what it was. They put water in your fridge but if you drink it your charged extra. Why even do that? It was clean. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
