Dark outdated room with selected furniture in terrible shape, lampshades were so old they were yellow and the wattage on the lamps was so low it was hard to see. They ran out of hot water in the morning and handled it very badly, getting me off the phone quickly when I called to report the problem and then not explaining to me how long it was going to take since an outside company had to get there and come into make the repair. Was slightly compensated on the bill for the lack of hot water. The room was very clean and housekeeping staff were pleasant and efficient

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

Very convenient location and beautiful lobby. Staff were very accommodating when I arrived late at night with a moving truck.

Bel hôtel bien situé avec un bon petit déjeuner, les chambres sont propres. Le seul bémol est que la chambre n’est pas nettoyé après une nuit, seulement si vous passez 3 nuits après la deuxième nuit la chambre sera faites. A la réception lorsque questionner sur ce sujet ont nous a répondu que c’était le standard de IHG cette pratique sans aucune autres explications.

Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort.
