Experience was good. Staff at front could explain better I know there young and probably have no idea how things use to be back in the day lol so all the upgrades with technology not every one is on board especially if we're not getting hotels all the time.

Been to Vegas nine times the first time at the Rio we forsure enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to any of our friends, and we have already have. The only thing that was on the downside was not all the pools were open, but we were told they couldn't open all the pools because they were shorthanded in lifeguards, which is understandable. The drinks/cocktails were good. The food was delicious. The options were wonderful. We were 12 minutes from the main strip. The masquerade bartenders and the masquerade hall were phenomenal. The drinks back there in that bar were also are cheaper than in most the other bars. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner options be mindful the fact that this casino was built in the early 2000s so don't expect to walk in there and think that you're going to see the modernness of 2020s. free on-site parking it is also located one block away from a Walgreens. We very much enjoyed our stay here at the Rio. Tip: Rios prices are much cheaper than most casinos. Their drink prices are 5 to $10 cheaper than most casinos on the main strip and that goes along with the food as well.. If you have a players card they have 3 dollar drink specials..

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place.
