Room will not match photos shown when booking at all. There was a leak in the ceiling above shower all night. Front desk not friendly. and the rooms are certainly not sound proof. Best part of the stay was the restaurant, wish is completely separate from the hotel. I was disappointed especially since I paid to upgrade

The room smelled. But it is in Canyon city, close to a canyon

When you walk into a hotel, person at the reception greeting you is the first impression and to is it wasn’t that good and we didn’t feel welcome as she seemed a little rude and not very polite or welcoming. Bathroom doors were little weird. They were loose sliding doors with no locks or even latches

The staff upon check in was not friendly and the room’s mattress had vomit on it.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful.

Room had spiders and bugs in it. Smelled so bad. Major cigarette burns on furnishings, linens and fixtures, even though we were told it was newly remodeled. So close to the freeway, that’s all you hear all night. Staff was helpful, but property definitely didn’t feel safe.
