The location was fantastic! Walkable to the gorge trail and Seneca Lake. The front porch rocking chairs were enjoyable. The room was clean and roomy with a nice desk with a chair. A bench for luggage or sitting and a corner chair for relaxing. We could have used clean towels on day 2 and the mattress was super soft…we prefer a bit more of a firm bed! The wood fire pizza was closed during our stay - only open Thursday to Sunday. The ice cream was yummy.

Everything about this property was exceptional. I don't have any complaints, and I have to be honest from the moment I walked in.,Actually, let me stop from the first phone call that I placed to the hotel to let them know that I was arriving a little bit early they were so commodating,when I got there. I was greeted with a smile. The customer service was impeccable.Everyone that I interacted with throughout my stay was very nice and pleasant. The atmosphere was so comforting.The complimentary breakfast was amazing. I didn't get the opportunity to check out the restaurant . But from what I saw it looks very chic,dark and cozy nice enough for a date night or just to have a drink at the bar.I'm sure when I go back next time I will definitely visit the restaurant there. Everything went smoothly from My check-in to my checkout.I will definitely be visiting again and you should too. And how could I forget, I had one of the best rooms with an amazing view and fireplace.The bed was very comfortable.Everything in that room was spotless simply amazing.Thank you for making my stay at La Tourelle Inn and Spa a wonderful experience. And last but definitely not least,Jessica VanEtten you're front office manager she is definitely an asset to your company. She is one of the best part of my trip.What a pleasure if you hire more people like her your company is going places.🥰She made everything perfect.There is no words to explain how pleasant she was to both me and my husband . Clean room, convince location

Great place to stay for some peace and quiet. Very large room! Food and service wonderful. About 25 min to Cornell/Ithaca downtown. Only minor issue was the lowish water pressure in tbe shower, otherwise fine stay.

Hotel was clean and bed comfortable. Friendly staff. Plenty of on-site parking at no charge. I did not eat any meals at hotel restaurant. No ice machine on 2nd floor.

The room door lock didn't work properly. I had to slam the door hard many times just to get it latch, which felt unsafe. The room itself was dirty with stained sofa, window treatments and towels, and there's plastic sheeting taped over the window with dirts. I asked front desk to with to a different room, but refused to accommodate the request. Overall the room did not match what was advertised, and the lack of response to a legitimate safety concern was disappointing. I had to just leave the place.

Location is great and room was clean and comfortable. However, I could hear everything through the door which was annoying. Vacuuming around 5pm in the hallway and rooms nearby, and then noisy, drunk sounding men in the hallway on the 4th floor during the late night. I’ve also stayed at other hotels in the area that offer complimentary breakfast which would’ve been nice considering the cost. Restaurant in the hotel had a $19 breakfast. I just wanted coffee and a bagel so that was a hard no!
