Had made reservations for two suites, but only had one available. No staff at the counter at 7:00am , 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am Only a partial roll of toilet paper in bathroom, ran out, needed another, but no one at the front counter. The front entrance had what some might describe as homeless people hanging out smoking. There were a few visits from the local police with light flashing at the front entrance interacting with the crowd.

First time staying at a Microtel. Found it to be very clean, the staff was pleasant. Price was reasonable.

room was cold and welcoming on arrival. quick question at bar was great. initial paperwork i didn’t notice that there is no parking on street. . great town and great visit.

Neighborhood was the biggest problem for us. Several people hanging out in the parking lot and also some people that appeared to be homeless hanging out near the rear of the hotel. We didnt stay, we had a family emergency and had to leave.

I just came for a quick stay to go see my Dad (in poor health). They had a nice hotel and staff and the breakfast was good.

We had a wonderful stay at the Valley Trail Inn. The newly renovated rooms felt almost brand new—spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our visit. You really can't beat the location, either. It's super convenient to all the local sights including the famous Watkins Glen State Park, great food, and nearby wineries. An absolute gem and a great value for the price. We will definitely be back!
