The front desk staff didn’t give any information on parking and the details required. The room was clean, but the bathroom fixtures were broken, the toilet seat was wobbly and the AC/Fan made an awful noise when it would turn on or off. It sounded like a bird running into the window!

Great location. Fantastic restaurants and coffee shops close by. Beautiful city park in walking distance. Inside was cozy. While there was a laptop table, a bistro table and chair would have been perfect. Very impressed overall.

We found the hotel to be very nice. It was attractive, comfortable, and clean and in a great location for our purposes. The coffee shop in the lobby was welcoming each morning, particularly the young man who was always there serving at 7 AM. In our room, we would have appreciated a second set of glasses to be used in the bathroom so we didn't have to bring the ones on the dresser back and forth for drinks and then bathroom use; there needs to be a trash can in both the bathroom and the general area--very annoying to have to bring any trash into the bathroom; the never-ending blower in the bathroom was loud and we had to keep the bathroom slider door shut just to have conversations and to sleep. Thanks for asking and we would return!

Neat place to stay for my husband’s surprise birthday get away. We enjoyed it. Unfortunately, it rained so we didn’t get to experience the outside amenities but found things to do inside, ping pong, connect 4, arcade games, food and drink.

Convenient location, easy to access, free off site parking and nice modern stay.

Clean and comfortable and in a great location to visit restaurants and shops in Short North. Very spacious and convenient with quirky jungle themed fun!
