Friendly service, the only thing I did not like was the bathroom floor was not mopped. There were urine around the toilet. I have stayed here before and it was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Belton! The location is ideal and close to Temple Park, it’s convenient to get to town, and the place was clean and very comfortable. Communications and check-in were very clear! We will be back!

The door to the room had gaps like it was kicked in and re-hung, and not well. The light switch when you walked in didn’t work so you had to find your way to the back to turn on a light. The door to the bathroom was warped so bad it was at least two inches from closing. Stains on the ceiling from roof leaks, and the popcorn in the bathroom was flaking off. Hole in the bedsheets, stains on the towels. Price was good, and now I know why.

The property was disgusting. When I did a bedding inspection. The mattress had green residue with black specs. When I lifted the corners of the bed. There was a notable bedbug noted. I went to the front office and requested staff evaluate. He stated he didn’t see any bedbugs and he can give me another room or check me out very rude and very nasty. I said, sir I am not being ugly. I’m stating that I do not want to sleep in a room that has notable signs of bedbugs. He told me he would cancel my reservation and I can leave, but he lied. And still charged me.
