easy drive to and from del largo, good for a night stay instead of getting a room at del largo casino.

Front desk staff are pleasant and welcoming. Always lovely to stay at the Statler.

We loved this B&B. I am super picky about my room, bathroom, food, and bed and generally don't like B&Bs; however, this one, I will return to for sure. We loved the history behind this B&B and we were nicely greeted upon arrival, given a nice tour and explanation of property. Our suite fit 3 adults nicely, air conditioned, and the bathroom was a decent size. It was perfect for a night/day when we had to visit a local college. My husband and I will always check this B&B for availability any time we visit our son at school. The icing on the cake was the breakfast in the morning - you do not get this service at any hotel! We will definitely return.

Lovely B & B in a central location to explore the Finger Lakes region. Wonderful breakfast served each morning made with local ingredients along with lively conversaion with other guests. Definitely recommend Gothic Eves for a relaxing get away.

relaxing getaway in a beautiful location with easy access to hiking and state parks. the only thing i would recommend is for the property to have more food available for take out / purchase for meals at the la tourelle lounge or on-site at firelight. we had a very difficult time receiving our delivery from grubhub-- that was misdelivered... and it changes the experience of glamping to journey out to go to a restaurant.
