Great stay

This hotel is in a great location close to town and restaurants. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The rooms by the pool are larger than the rooms in the house. We have stayed in both and I prefer the pool rooms although louder than the others. Nice pool and restaurant/bar on site. There is also a hotel shuttle to the beach and they were nice enough to drive us to dinner also.

Thank you so much to the staff at the 1 Hotel, they really made our family trip to New York very special. Very kind messages before we arrived, a nice clean room, lovely food and a great location.

We booked a suite here for a birthday celebration weekend. The view from our suite was a trash-filled alley. The other window showed a trash-filled rooftop. Bathroom was very small with no storage or counter space. There was one very helpful man working up front, but everyone else was not helpful at all.

Hotel is a little worn. There was ongoing construction on my floor. Minor detail but the remote control for my tv didn’t work. The complimentary breakfast is pretty slim, basically just coffee and croissants.
