Clean and welcoming room. Would return

This is a very cool hotel! I loved the artwork throughout the hotel and in the gallery spaces. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed a couple nice drinks at the bar. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. There were a couple small issues. Most importantly, I didn't realize that my door wasn't latching when I went out! The handle didn't move, but the door wasn't fully closed, even though it appeared to be. I only discovered it when my key card stopped working and a maintenance engineer met me at the room to figure out the problem (sound stripping around the door was preventing it from latching). Perhaps a check of all the doors is in order?

This is a nice boutique hotel. It’s a low key setup with no front desk. However, staff is very responsive. They are available by text/call. We loved the experience at the Agency cocktail lounge.
