Clean hotel, nice staff, but disappointed that the elevator didn’t work. Hard to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor at our age. Should’ve offered someone to help since they knew it was broken. Washer in the laundry area broken, too.

Rustic Rook Resort Great Sand Dunes
Unique and fun for the kids first time glamping. Rent your boards for sandboarding at the dunes near by! Rusti has smores for kids but we could not partake. A little chilly at night and would like more food options. Would stay again!
