Good location right across the street from the beach. The main road is really busy. Traverse City has a free bus with a stop right outside the hotel which was our preferred way to get around as the traffic on the main road was heavy.

Unfo rtunately we were there Sunday thru Tuesday and both restaurants on property are closed those days

Staff was not friendly at all. No one ever went out of the way to say hello or make you fell welcome. If you asked for something like extra towels you never received them and no one ever followed up. We encountered several different members of the staff and everyone was unfriendly. The resort is beautiful, the staff not do much. Will not stay again.

Hotel needs major updates, old furniture, about a two in gap under every room door. Beat up doors with holes. Mini fridge don’t really work. Needs improvement. Staff was kind and friendly.

We’ve stayed here 3 years now and have enjoyed our stay. Nice beach, clean hotel. Like all of the hotels in Traverse City, the prices keep rising. It’s getting harder to stay more than a few days. Great hotel, would definitely recommend.
