The shower head was disgusting and water control was broken. I was unable to check out correctly (because no one was at the front desk) I have tried to call the office and there is no answer. I left a message message and no response.

To start off with we were told that I could pay extra if the room was clean and we could move into it earlier, say 1 o’clock. But if we moved in at 2 o’clock, there would be no extra charge. Unfortunately I don’t know if they were short of staff or what happened. We arrived to have lunch at about 1130 or noon and we had to wait around until 530 before our room was ready. Normal check in time we were told was supposed to be 4 o’clock. Also, I rented two poolside rooms and the phones did not work the entire time we were there. Various staff members came to try and fix it, but could not figure out what was the matter with the phones and said it would take a special technician. They left word with the office about this, but the office never contacted me or said anything. In addition room 117 was occupied by our children and they had to call late at night for towels because there were none in the room. Also, the couple who had been staying in the two rooms, packed up their suitcases and left them on the patio for hours. We were sitting on the balcony at the restaurant, watching as the previous guest who use the room continue to use the patio and then moved all of their belongings to chairs right in front of our balcony and the pool. When we asked how long their stuff was going to be there they acted insulted & were not cooperative at all. We love the location and the atmosphere and environment of the Westward look resort. As the director of state agency I held conferences there.

Super easy check in and right to our room. The shuttle from the Star Pass Golf Suites to the Star Pass Hotel were amazing. Could not have asked for a nicer stay.

The room was spacious and large, the contactless check in was smooth and easy. They had the roll away bed which was actually super comfortable. Stopped by the bar and the bartender was super nice and she made us the most amazing espresso martini. The tub was a nice treat, super deep and very relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay, and the staff was very helpful upon my arrival. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The Inn was extremely quite, just a Beautiful place. 😍

Room had roaches . Decided to check out

We liked that they were pet-friendly. However, we were placed in a room that was at the far end of the property, a long way from the pet relief area, and there wasn't even a bush at our end of the property (all concrete). We asked to be moved closer since I use a cane, and were told that no other rooms were available. Before we entered the room, there was trash outside the front door; inside the floor looked dirty. There is no closet, and only one uncomfortable chair at a desk. There were two wooden chairs and a table outside the unit. The units closer to the office had cushions on the wooden chairs. However, apparently they were unwilling to spring for cushions for all. units. There was a kitchenette, but no coffee maker. Coffee was available in the morning in the office, but that was a long hike from our room. There was no Kleenex provided, and interior lights were so dim that we could not possibly read in the room after dark. A bare bones place to stay, at best.
