Clean room excellent service by staff

Nice and clean,staff were great.

The room was not very clean, the floors had not been vacuumed. The bathroom floor had scum all the way around the outside edge. The biggest problem was the bathroom smelled terribly of sewer, gas. It got so bad in the middle of the night I soaked a towel and water and tucked it under the door for the bathroom. When I talk to the front desk in the morning, they stated it has been a problem for a while and they typically didn’t put people in that room. Overall will be trying to get my money back. I would highly advise booking elsewhere.

The building was unique and the history was very interesting. The carpet had large gross stains. The door was difficult to open and close. The master light switch did not work. There was dust on the Kleenex box and the coffee maker. The gym had a horrible smell and I had instant nausea when I went into the gym.

The building is incredible. Beautiful with a lot of character. The staff was best-in-class, and the breakfasts were delicious.

The hotel is OK but the people at the front desk are unhelpful. We called them three times for the shuttle and were told we would be called back for an estimated time, but they never called back. Had to call them again was told that the shuttle was on the way but didn’t know where the shuttle would pick us up. Turns out we had to ask one of the workers where the transportation area was, and we were in a completely wrong area to be picked up. It was extremely frustrating as we had a baby with us.
