We stayed in a handicap accessible room and every time anyone took a shower the bathroom floor became a swimming pool. There was 1-2” of water covering the entire bathroom floor. It was extremely dangerous to walk on the slippery surface. The water would then leech into the room’s carpet causing a nasty mildew smell in the entire room. I spoke to two different staff members about it and how unsafe and unsanitary our room was and it was like speaking to a wall. Not so much as an apology for the inconvenience. Just silence in return. Very disappointed in the room but much more disappointed in the complete lack of customer service.
