This room is not as advertised. The room is very basic, horrible bed which was very uncomfortable. The room was very cold. Very noisy outside my room in the corridors from around 03:30. No heating at all. I do not recommend this hotel.

The bed was very comfortable. Didn’t stay for breakfast. Staff on the desk was very friendly. The hotel is a little bit tried.

Brilliant location, room a little basic but more than adequate. Could not get a better location. Nice staff member on reception on arrival. Did I mention, great location.........

Brilliant location lovely rooms myself and the kids had a lovely stay everything you need on arrival overall Brilliant break

Our only complaint was that it was incredibly warm in the hotel and the rooms. The staff seemed to think it was because the sun was streaming in, but we thought it must have been more than that. Otherwise, all was good, albeit we only stayed for a one night stay.

Family basement room was huge and perfect for our needs. Room very clean generally though did notice a stain on the carpet (looked like makeup) but very minor. Teas and biscuits all good. Coffee machine didn’t work but we didn’t ask staff for help as we had to leave very early- check in staff seemed friendly so am sure they would have sorted. We didn’t use other facilities but overall would definitely recommend. Great location and very comfortable and reasonable price

Booked for 3 nights as we wanted something cheap and basic. Room was clean and functional and perfectly adequate. Unfortunately the double beds were very small - a tight squeeze for two, especially if you're larger build - and the mattresses felt cheap and uncomfortable. We arrived late so stayed the first night, but checked out the next morning and found somewhere else around the corner. Shame, as the room itself was clean, but the beds made it uncomfortable.
