Clean room, nice congregating space. Nice space in room. Exhaust fan was not handling the kitchen food grease aroma in the kitchen/ bar area the night we were there but the next morning it was fine. Very nice options for breakfast.

The room was clean. The deadbolt on the door did not work. Check-in was smooth and easy. Staff seemed friendly. Nicely located. There were parts of the hotel that look like repairs are needed.

Every staff member i interacted with was friendly and kind. Housekeeping did a great job with replenishing items in room. Also loved the view of the festival of lights out our window!

Comfort Suites Manhattan
Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, the refrigerator was making loud noises the majority of our stay and we had to move furniture to reach an available 3-prong plug-in for it. Also the phone chargers on the desk did not work. Overall, a good stay.
