I had traveled 10 hours. Said they were pet friendly when I booked the room in advance. I show up with my cat, exhausted, and was turned away because they don't accept cats? What? Tbh the hotel was kind of old and dirty looking anyway.

Had to wait several minutes at the front desk. Someone was weeding the flower beds and left in evening with huge bunches of weeds on the sidewalk and parking.
