The room was amazing, quiet, clean, and the staff was pleasant. Great breakfast as well

The facility is very nice but my family and I had a huge inconvenience during our visit. Our stay was definitely short and I wish it would have been longer until there was a power outage. The power failure shut down the in-room phone systems, we were left entirely isolated in a dark room on the 6th floor with no way to contact the front desk for updates or safety reassurance. We were forced to navigate a pitch-black bathroom and take a shower completely in the dark. Our plans to use the pool that morning were ruined and we ended up checking out before the checkout time. We never received an apology, or an FYI or an update to let us know what was happening and when it was going to be fixed. I suggest that the hotel works on a better plan/protocol in case this happens again. This can definitely be life threatening for someone who needs to plug a medical device.

Great stay! Recommend 10 out of 10.

Very accommodating 10/10 I will be booking again when in town
