Cherry Valley Vacation Packages

It was quite nice! I stayed for three days and had no problems. Everything was clean

Nothing great but nothing bad either. You get what you pay for the price. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast could have been a lot better but then again price is key here. Good location

Im not coming back

Our room was very, very dirty; not enough towels for two guests.

Worst experience I've ever had and that's saying something. Everyone has had some hotel/motel experiences that were not so great, but this hotel experience from a well known large franchise was unexpectedly the worst experience I ever had. As you walk into the hotel as I did at 4:00 a.m. when I checked in, the front desk staff were helpful and the hotel looked and smelled okay. We got assigned a room near the back of the first floor of the building. As we walked towards the back of the hotel it started to smell more and more musty and moldy almost like wet dog smell that hasn't been washed in a long time. As luck would have it, I would find out later on the reason it smelled like that was because actually right across the hallway only two or three doors away, there were dogs in a hotel room (#120) which was decorated like an personal apartment door with personal shoes and slippers standing in the hallway. As guests, after traveling and arriving late and checking in at 4:00 a.m. by before 7:00 a.m., there was so much dog barking going on. I went to the front desk and reported it and they said they knew who it was. Afterwards I was standing in the hallway and this is when I had this verbal confrontation with a man who claimed he was with building maintenance as well as the security and that's what he uses his dogs for. Didn't know Red Roof had Canine security? Also I was told as an exhausted guest, after 7:00 a.m. any noise was allowed, and nothing will be done about his dogs.
