Let me explain as best I can as to why my review is as is. Arrived to check in, assigned a room, made my way and found the room to have not been cleaned. Back to the desk from the 3rd floor. Assigned another room, same floor, same result. Had to wait while another gentleman went to VERIFY the next room was clean. Finally I’m in right? Yes! Except when I arrive inside, I pull the covers back to inspect and I find crumbs AND a napkin beneath the duvet. At least the napkin was unused. I brush the crumbs and tossed the napkin as I wasn’t prepared to now go from the 4th floor back to the desk for a third time. Aside from that the rest of the room was clean and comfy and quiet. Wasn’t the desks fault but more the cleaning crew being inept.

Staff members came in high, the property was sketchy and felt unsafe. The door to my room didn't fully close and the bathroom shower head was rusted.

The room was clean. The breakfast was very good. It’s right next to the outlet mall. Also close to Frankenmuth. Will definitely stay here again
