Booked because needed a good sleep in air conditioned comfort before a long drive. The air conditioning was absolutely pathetic and made no improvement to the warmth in the room. The mattress/bed was also very uncomfortable, like sleeping on a bouncy castle! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the pool and facilities were good enough, although they were very busy when I used them. Overall, very disappointed with the quality of the bed and air conditioning and I will not be staying again. Very much in need of a refurb, particularly wrt mattresses/beds and air conditioning.
