This was our worst hotel experience ever. When we walked in there was blood on the check in counter. We should have walked out then. The floor in our room was filthy. Our shoes stuck to the floor with every step so we never took them off. Our shower would not drain so the second person to shower had to stand in dirty water up to their ankles. We reported this but it was never fixed. We stayed seven nights and never got clean towels or our garbage emptied despite nicely asking the housekeeper when she was right outside our door. I guess you get what you pay for, but I don’t think a clean room, fresh towels or a working shower is too much to ask for.

Air conditioner did not work

i recently stayed at holiday in at birch run the last 2 nights there has been a football team above me all night long all they've done is run jump and whatever else there doing up there. I have complained for 2 nights in a row in regards to this not to mention the pool today was closed til 4pm to mainance our family went swimming and was quickly chased out by the football team with the teenagers causing havoc in the swimming pool making my 7 year old son afraid to swim. I have addressed this over and over again I even talked with the GM and she wasnt willing to help accommodate anything due to me booking through a 3rd party. Day to check out: pool is back down til 4pm due to maintenance again. Ugh!
