Instructions to find the Serenity apartments at Wauwatosa Wisconsin weren't great but once we found the actual apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home, as it was immaculately clean and had everything needed for a fuss free stay. Shops and restaurants witin walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning for a longer extended stay!

The hotel was great but needed to do laundry and was shocked to see such a nice hotel especially with its size that they only had 1 washer and 1 dryer and someone actually left there clothes in both

Not as clean as I had expected based on reviews. Not awful but just old and sort of meh. My adventurous kids loved it!! It felt like a cottage bc of the window in the bathroom and it was fun bc it was unlike our usual hotels. I liked that we could walk to the little restaurant and order dinner to take back to the room. The tv channels were peculiar and limited but we ended up having fun watching some American Ninja competition and then some unusual but fun game show! Like I said the motel was OK but could use an update. However the BEST and incredibly commendable positive was about their trustworthy housekeeping staff. I had backed into the space to load car and put bags behind my car. Loaded all the bags and COMPLETELY forgot I had set my hanging items on this bench behind the car It was about 9 items including several very special to me. I got distracted before putting them in the car and then drove out of the space without them! Did not even occurred to me they were missing since they were behind the car and I didn’t see them… Until I got home 12 hours later!! So I sent an email right away and followed up in the morning with the phone call and they took the information but I thought it is a longshot that after 24 hours they would still be there… I called again the next day to follow up and they were so sweet and the housekeeper had found them and saved them and I was traveling back they way but they held them for me for eight days!!! I was SO grateful for this !
