The place is undergoing some renovation and is likely going to change hands soon. It's an older facility ('50s would be my guess), but the couple in charge of the place were doing a nice job upgrading it and repairing what needed to be repaired. The room was clean (except for some diatomaceous earth that had been tracked in earlier in the day, we got there after midnight) and comfortable and quiet. Totally acceptable value lodging.

Nice big rooms with nice kitchens and all the things you’ll need to cook. Lots of kids running around but they eventually went to bed. Nice for staycation close by food and grand blanc.
