Clean room and they upgraded our room free of charge and it had an amazing view! Definitely recommend.

We reserved 6 rooms for our family wedding guests. On the day we were to all check in, one family was ill so could not attend the wedding. I called the front desk as we were driving to the hotel from MN and they were so helpful by canceling the room we no longer needed. Then once we got to Middleton, my in-laws needed a handicap accessible room which I had not reserved. Jen at the front desk on Oct 9th understood our issue and took me up to the room to see if it would be alright. She was so patient and kind, I hope the manager knows what a wonderful employee they have in her. We had a small pre-wedding pizza party in the breakfast area that the staff blocked off for us on Oct 10 since the hotel was full of teen hockey players and their parents. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and always had great service but this visit went over and above our expectations. Thank you, thank you to the excellent staff that worked Oct 9-12, 2026!
