One of my pillows was missing the case, and had blood stains (seemed to be from a bloody nose). One other pillow had holes throughout the case. The Direct TV box in the room did not work. Can hear everything through the wall/connecting door.

The staff was wonderful. Especially helpful. The breakfast was very limited and cold eggs and cold sausage. Coffee was outstanding. Will try again though because of the staff.

The floor wasn’t vacuumed. The shower curtain had black handprints on it. There was a dirty washcloth hanging up. The tub didn’t drain. Hair all over tub.
