The place is clean we cant complain but the front desk staff need to be more organized and efficient. We had to change keys for 3 different rooms before we could enter into the 4th one. We couldn't unlock the other doors. And beds need an upgrade they wer not comfortable at all.

The Roycroft Inn is unique and provides a respite place with history. The restaurant had excellent food that is part of the Inn. The Roycroft campus across the street is very interesting and worth a walk through and tour. The Inn has an incredible collection of arts and craft furniture in the main rooms as well as the sleeping rooms. Overall the property could use a refresh, new carpet and painting and a scrubbing. The bones of the places are great, but the interiors are tired.

Our first room had to be moved because the first room had a terrible odor. I heard of one other person whose room had to be changed while we were there The staff was very very pleasant and helpful..They helped to make our stay very good.
