Unfortunately the room wasn’t totally clean when we arrived. There were crumbs on top of the table and the mirrors weren’t clean. Otherwise very quiet. There also could have been more to offer for breakfast

If you book through a travel website, they treat you a lot differently then if you book directly through their company. When we arrived, we had purchased two queen beds and they told us that they only had kings left but the next two people that got their rooms got the double beds and they were only single people and we had four people in our party so two of our parties had to sleep on a pullout couch. They said if we would have booked through them, they could have guaranteed the double buds instead of the king. Also, the continental breakfast was bagels and warm cream cheese.

this place was really close to where we needed to go well worth the money. it definitely needs to be upgraded. it was very clean. the staff was very nice. they definitely need new mattresses

Our room was just ok for a king room. It was old and on the small size The carpet had been shampooed just before we got there and the carpet was on the wet side for the first 4 days. Didn’t use the hot tub, and the pool water seemed chilly and it was very Cloudy . Breakfast was the usual stuff

This wound up being the perfect option for me with my dog getting services done at the animal surgical Center of Michigan. The only thing I would mention is that hotel.com did not mention the $100 pet fee that is required by the hotel. It makes sense, it's understandable, however it was not noted. Other than that everything was wonderful and I would definitely stay again.
