Poor communication with staff on breakfast and general procedures. Ceiling leaked on bed during the night while raining.

Enjoyed the stay, but disappointed that I was charged resort fees and the establishment did have a business center or spa amenities. They do have a nice pool area with cabanas, exercise room, and casino.

Jim and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Delta Street Inn. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious.

From the bell hop to the front desk and service staff, not a friendly or helpful person to be found. The restaurant staff were the exception. They get 5 stars. Issues: No welcome to the Hilton as we unloaded our bags. We had to get the luggage trolley ourselves before the bellman thought enough to help. On the way out, zero help. We had no hot water in the morning. Took over an hour for the maintenance to come to our room. Not in the same class as Starwood or Hyatt.

I like that the hotel was clean and updated.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible. They are charging me extra for a rag that was already tore when I got to hotel. The fire alarm went off at 1:45 on Thursday morning and they couldn't get it to shut off til after 3 in the morning.
