I got stranded in corner brook because of the weather and had to get a room. They were very accommodating and let me check in early which was nice because otherwise I had to sit in my truck until three or four. Deer Lake Horizon Hotel
Staff were great, room was great. However, the shuttle was a little bizarre. During the day when most flights are arriving the shuttle is unavailable. It is only available from 11pm to 7am. Considering the fact that the breakfast only opens at 6, it makes breakfast a bit "rushy".
