Location, and ability to use spa with a day pass was very enjoyable. I think for the luxury price of room, all pools & amenities should be working. Hot tub in pool area was not.

Pamper yourselves. Stay here. We opted for the older "historic" section. Had a great old world feel with ultra modern amenities. First class all the way.

Good afternoon place to stay in downtown MKE. Parking was a little way away, but not big issue.

The rooms were dated and musty. The front desk staff was often behind the doors of the office and not at the front desk. I often called even though I was at the front desk to get help.

Instructions to find the Serenity apartments at Wauwatosa Wisconsin weren't great but once we found the actual apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home, as it was immaculately clean and had everything needed for a fuss free stay. Shops and restaurants witin walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning for a longer extended stay!
