The room was dusty, the microwave in the room wasnt plugged in, the TV only had one channel. The breakfast was unappealing, the waffles were horrible.

I traveled with my elderly parents. I did think I had booked an accessible shower (not a roll-in but not a tub). My mom is in a wheelchair and it made transfer to shower/tub difficult with the tub wall. Other than that the stay was wonderful. We appreciate the accessibility option.
